Construction Matters - BSR and CDM

Jason Whittall from One Creative Environments Ltd will be providing an overview of the new Building Safety Act (BSA).  The new Building Safety regime is complex, and made up of multiple sources of primary legislation, secondary legislation, statutory instruments and connected guidance documents. Jason will present a clear overview and allow the audience to understand how to navigate through this complex structure and understand any particular areas of interest (within building safety).

Following the latest Grenfell Report, Louise Mansfield of Bevan Britten, BSR Expert, and BHSEA member will be chairing a Q&A session along with Roger Smith, Jason Whittall and others TBC, on anything to do with the Building Safety Regulations. There will be pre-prepared questions and the chance to ask questions on the day.  This will be a great opportunity to update your knowledge on this important piece of legislation.
